This year marks the 40th year of my drumset playing journey, and I want to celebrate with all of you. I’m looking for the best drumset performances of people playing along with one or more of three songs that I have offered as drumless play-along tracks. The prizes include cymbals from Dream Cymbals, a pedal and snare drum (like the one you see in the image) from Sonor, as well as sticks and stick bag from Vic Firth sticks. Neil Peart once wrote, as part of a song called Limelight, one of my favourite lines; “Put aside the alienation, get on with the fascination, the real relation, the underlying theme”.
